Stonelick Township Fire and EMS provides services to the village. Clermont Mercy Hospital is a short 3 mile drive, while its sister hospital, Anderson Mercy, is 14 miles away. Bethesda North Hospital 18 miles away, is the closest trauma center.

Mercy Health Clermont Hospital is 15 to 25 minutes from most parts of Wayne Township, though the Woodville area of the township is closer to Clinton Memorial in Wilmington. Bethesda North is about 25 minutes away. In addition, there are medical centers in nearby Goshen, Miami Township and Eastgate.

Like its namesake General Anthony Wayne, Wayne Township harkens back to another time, a time of small family-owned businesses, markets, grocery stores and hardware stores. Today's State Route 133 has a stone marker with reference to the Bullskin Trail used by the War of 1812 army as well as Simon Kenton, Daniel Boone, Tecumseh, Blue Jacket and slaves seeking freedom. Today there are about 4,900 residents who call Wayne Township home with approximately 77% of the area serving as farm land.

The Stonelick Lake Park is located in Wayne Township. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has been stocking the lake with fish, making popular bass fishing contests possible. In addition, the park offers hunting, camping, a beach area for swimming and hiking and biking trails. The Clermont Northeastern Athletic Association is very active, and students and residents have access to the baseball, soccer and football fields located behind the high school. There is also a YMCA located in nearby Batavia.

Eastgate Mall is the closest mall, offering major department stores and a number of other chain and specialty stores. For restaurants and most shopping, Wayne Township residents generally travel to Miami Township, Eastgate and Blanchester.

The village of Newtonsville and the areas of Edenton, Woodville and Modest comprise Wayne Township, which borders Warren, Stonelick and Jackson Townships. This rural area features an abundance of agriculture, especially grain farming. Wayne Township manages to maintain a small-town atmosphere while enjoying steady growth. A strong sense of community and pride binds its residents to their land and to each other; many of the farms have been passed down through generations.

State Routes 131 and 133 connect Wayne Township to its neighbors. I-71 is 30 minutes away. Downtown Cincinnati is a 30 to 40 minute drive. The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is approximately an hour's drive. The Clermont County Cart Service offers door-to-door transportation anywhere within the county. Adults pay $3, high school students, $2, and children, the handicapped and elderly patrons pay $1.50. Reservations must be made by phone by 11 AM the day before the service is needed.

Monroe Township has 7,800 residents. No municipalities are located in the township. The unincorporated community of Point Pleasant is located near the Ohio River and is the birthplace of U.S. President and Civil War General Ulysses S. Grant. This home is open for tours.

Fair Oaks Park offers a walking path and picnic shelter. East Fork Lake State Park is located just beyond the village’s northern borders and is one of Ohio’s largest state parks with 4,820 acres. The 2,160-acre lake offers boating and fishing. Annual regattas are held at the lake. Hunting is permitted in designated areas of the park. The 1,200-foot swimming beach is popular during the summer. There are many trails to explore whether hiking, biking or horseback riding.

One can drive New Richmond or Amelia to find local shops and restaurants for every day needs. A drive to Batavia, Eastgate and Anderson areas in Cincinnati offers more shopping opportunities with national brand stores and restaurants.

Homes of all price ranges and styles are found in Monroe Township. Newly built brick homes in subdivisions as well as homes on acreage are found in the area.

State routes 222, 232, 125,132 and 52 bisect the township. Interstate I-275 is the closest major highway.

East Side Medicine is located in the village and provides general care. Clermont Mercy Hospital is six miles away. Within 35 miles of Williamsburg is Children’s Hospital Medical Center as well as other highly rated Cincinnati hospitals.

Williamsburg was the first settlement in Clermont County and was founded in 1796 by General William Lytle. A stone dairy house built in the early 1800s is thought be the oldest standing structure in the county. There are 2,500 residents in this “tight-knit” community.

The Williamsburg Community Park is near the Little Miami River. East Fork State Park has boating, fishing, camping as well as 85 miles for biking and hiking and horse trails. There are 15 public and private golf courses located in Clermont County. Hikers and bikers enjoy the Williamsburg- Batavia Hike/Bike Trail.

Shopping is easily accessible via SR 32 and is13 miles from the Eastgate Mall in Cincinnati. The village has several local businesses and restaurants, with many of them located on the West Main Street.

Homes found in Williamsburg range in a variety of prices and styles, from small homes to moderately priced houses to larger residences. There are also many opportunities to purchase land and lots for newly built homes.

Williamsburg

I-275 is the closest major highway to Williamsburg. The village is located along SR 32. Williamsburg is 28 miles east of Cincinnati, Ohio.

There are many doctors' offices in Withamsville. Mercy Hospital Anderson is only eight miles away.

Withamsville-Tobasco ("W-T") Park provides baseball, soccer and footballs fields, as well as a league sports system. The Royal Oak Country Club in Pierce Township and the Vineyard both offer golf courses. The beach and launching ramps of East Fork Lake are only 10 miles from Withamsville.

State Route 125 (Beechmont Avenue) offers a vast array of shops, including a number of strip malls, shopping centers, grocery stores and car dealerships. Eastgate Mall is just minutes away.

Located east of I-275 in Union Township, Withamsville borders the communities of Summerside, Glen Este, Willowville, Karentown, Cherry Grove and Mt. Carmel. Its 4000 residents live in homes of varied architecture, including a number of brick Cape Cods amd smaller ranch style houses. Easy access to downtown and the airport via I-275, a major mall, a strong school district, a nationally accredited fire department and other safety services make Withamsville attractive.

Withamsville

Convenient I-275 is within minutes of Withamsville, creating a driving time of 20 minutes to Downtown Cincinnati and 25 minutes to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. In addition, Queen City Metro buses run on State Route 125.

Owensville has been home to the Clermont County Fairgrounds since 1864 and each summer is the most visited place in the county. Nearby Pattison Park locate just outside the village offers a fishing lake, three easy hiking trails, and a lodge that hosts annual events.  Several state parks are nearby include East Fork, and Stonelick, providing fishing, boating, hiking and camping for outdoors enthusiasts. UC Clermont nearby hosts cultural and sports event for the region.

It’s easy to meet your daily needs here with easy access to retail and grocery stores. Larger shopping trips need a jaunt in the car to Batavia or Eastgate Mall.

Owensville is located in the north central party of Clermont County, in sparsely populated Stonelick Township. Owensville, even at just four-tenths of a mile wide, is the largest village in the township. Farm acreage outnumbers the residents; just over 800 call the village home. Its original name was ‘Boston’ because its earliest settlers called it after their hometown. The name changed in 1832, after it began being called Owensville after the postmaster William Owens. The village became incorporated in 1867. Predominately farmland, residents remain proud of their rural roots with many claiming family history in the area that dates back 200 years.

U.S. 50, ‘The Nation’s Highway’, a major non-interstate east-west highway, runs through the village and is its primary access route. St. Rts. 132 and 276 cross through the village here. The Clermont County Airport is 6 miles away; Greater Cincinnati International Airport is about a 50-minute drive.
