Eagle Township, Ohio
Eagle Township in Brown County has approximately 1,300 residents. In 1819, former slaves of Samuel Gist moved to the township onto 2,000 acres with funds from the estate of Gist and was one of several Gist settlements.
Most of the township is agricultural land. This rural area has lots of many sizes with homes of various styles and ages from older, farm-style residences to newly constructed homes.
The township is close to Highway 32 and is a one-hour drive to Cincinnati, Ohio.
Adams County Regional Medical Center is located in Hillsboro. Mercy Health - Mount Orab Medical Center is located in Mt. Orab.
Sardina is the closest town. Hillsboro is also nearby with many local stores and businesses. Georgetown has many stores and restaurants including charming antique shops. Cincinnati, Ohio with many national branded stores is a one-hour drive.
East Fork State Park is a short drive away with swimming, biking, hiking and boating.
