New Lebanon is a small town 15 minutes due west of Dayton in Montgomery County, offering village residents a chance to move at a slower pace. Like other areas nearby, residential growth is continuing to meet the demands with new housing developments being planned. You can still find a charming house full of the character of days gone by, but it's more common to find modest single-family homes or new construction.

Rt. 35 is the main artery through town. I-70 and I-75 are minutes away.

Community life is active in this small village with special events like Stagecoach Days in June, and Christmas in the Village in December. Many residents drive to Trotwood, where residents find a wide variety of leisure facilities and opportunities to encourage heath and fitness, cultural enrichment and learning.
