Clayton is 20 minutes northwest of Dayton in rural Montgomery County. The city Land Use Plan calls for all new neighborhoods to be created with generous 'set-asides' to allow for green space for residents' use. Planners anticipate upscale housing within the framework of conservation will flourish in the area.
Clayton is minutes from I-70 and within a ten-minute drive of I-75. Dayton International Airport is less than five minutes away.
