March Home Sales Report (2025)

  • -3.6% decrease in homes sold (1326)

  • -.2% decrease in median sale price ($290,000)

  • +2.5% increase in sales volume ($482,890,000)

  • +48.5% increase in active inventory (1942 listings)

  • +16.1% increase in new listings (2050 new listings)

  • +33.3% increase in median days on market (4 days)

January-March 2025 vs. January-March 2024

  • +2.5% increase in homes sold (3380 vs. 3298)

  • +4.1% increase in median sale price ($287,200 vs. $276,000)

  • +10.1% increase in sales volume ($1,200,000,000 vs. $1,090,000,000)

Northern Kentucky Market Statistics

March 2025 vs March 2024

  • -12.3% decrease in homes sold (455 homes vs 519 homes)

  • +7.4% increase in median sale price ($297,000 vs $276,531)

  • -5.7% decrease in sales volume ($155,500,000 vs $164,900,000)

  • +13.7% increase in active inventory (807 vs 710)
