  • +16.5% Increase in homes sold (791 homes vs 679 homes )

  • +10% Increase in median sale price ($275,000 vs $250,000)

  • +32.4% Increase in sales volume ($280,800,000 vs $212,130,000)

  • +39.4% Increase in active homes for sale (1,690 units)

  • +32.4% Increase in new listings (1,080 units)

  • +50% Increase median days on market (15 days)

January 2025 vs January 2024

  • -14.95% Decrease in homes sold (751 vs 883 homes)

  • +10% Increase in median sale price ($231,000 vs $210,000)

  • -10.93% Increase in sales volume ($202,499,866 vs $227,345,649)

  • -5.58% Decrease in new listings (1082 vs 1146)
