Hidden gem just on the outskirts of New Paris. This land is mostly woods. Property shares a driveway. The property line ends at the edge of the 60 X 42 pole barn. Please don't go beyond that and disturb the neighbors. There's a possibility of utilities on the property as a house once stood on the land. What is left of the home is still on the land. Please do not enter the house! Enter the land at your own risk with agent present. This property is a hunter's dream for deer and wild turkeys or a place to build that new, secluded home! Lots of potential! Land is currently being thinned out for the health of the land. Paths will also be created as well. Best of both worlds as this desired property is secluded but yet located within a few miles of all of the dining & shopping that Richmond, Indiana has to offer!
