There are two public golf courses near Liberty Township: Green Crest and Pleasant Hill. Want to practice your swing? Head to Topgolf in West Chester Township. This facility offers over 100 climate-controlled hitting bays as well as a restaurant and bar service. Many enjoy relaxing at the rooftop terrace after practicing.
Liberty Township has a YMCA and a youth sports league. The community sponsors four events each year: an Easter egg hunt, Fourth of July parade, Fall Festival and a Breakfast with Santa.
Liberty Township is home to 11 parks with 273 acres: Allen Park, Cherokee Park, Dudley Park, Dudley Memorial Woods, Liberty Park, the Reserves of Liberty, Fort Liberty Playland, Maud Hughes Incline, Mill Creek Preserve, Wilhelmina and the Wetlands Park. They offer hiking and biking trails, fishing, playgrounds and picnic shelters. Voice of America Park in nearby West Chester has six miles of walking trails and a dog park.
Paramount’s Kings Island is a 10-minute drive and features amusement park fun.
For arts enthusiasts, Butler County offers many options. The Middletown Arts Center has live theater events. The Fairfield Community Arts Center and Oxford Community Arts Center host all kinds of performances throughout the year. The Hamilton-Fairfield Symphony Orchestra and West Chester Symphony Orchestra offer free classical concerts.
