Flat and fertile, the village is located in south central Harlan Township, Warren County, near the border with Clermont County. Farming has been Pleasant Plain’s history and continues even today to be the main occupation of residents. While the rest of Warren County explodes with development and subdivisions springing up seemingly overnight, residents of Pleasant Plain continue to enjoy the quite, peaceful rural life the village has been known for.

Children’s Hospital Medical Center offers a regional campus just a short drive in nearby Mason.
