The Colerain Interchange to expressway I-75 is about 15 minutes away. Driving time to downtown Cincinnati is 25 minutes. Ronald Reagan Highway and I-275 pass through the northern section of the township making easy access to I-74, I-75 and I-71.
The Mercy Franciscan-Mt. Airy Hospital is within 15 minutes of any part of Colerain Township. It is a general, medical and surgical hospital. Other major hospitals can be reached within 20 to 30 minutes.
The Northgate Mall represents one of the largest regional shopping centers in the Greater Cincinnati area with 100 stores and it's located right in the heart of Colerain Township. Colerain Towne Centre, Tri-County and Western Hills Plaza & Western Woods Mall are also convenient to Colerain Township.

Farbach-Werner Nature Preserve is located at the corner of Colerain Avenue & Poole Road and the Clippard YMCA is located on Cheviot Road.
