This small, desirable community has long been known as one of Northern Kentucky’s premier neighborhoods. It was established as a town in 1930 and is a Northern Kentucky “garden spot”. Lakeside Park is primarily residential with 2,700 residents and only three business sites.

As the name suggests, there are many lakes in the area, and homes have been built to take advantage of the views. Through the years Lakeside Park has experienced growth, but has retained its strictly residential character and park-like look.
