Fishing/Camping season is upon us and I have the PERFECT place... Across a county road from the Licking River, high enough on the hill to keep it out of the flood plain but close enough to throw a rock & hit the river. The house is in poor condition & needs a total rehab (or demo & rebuild). There is a large, concrete block building on site (also needing substantial work on the roof system) but it is secure & would make a great place for overnight visits!! The property is sold in AS IS condition. Seller will not complete any repairs to the subject property, either lender or buyer requested.

Directions to this Listing: From Cynthiana, follow US 27 towards Falmouth for ~ 4 miles. Turn LEFT onto Horseshoe Drive. After 0.25 mile turn LEFT onto Poindexter. Follow Poindexter approx 1 mile. As soon as you cross the bridge over the Licking River property is straight ahead
