Live in one half and have the other unit pay part of your mortgage in a beautiful neighborhood, or an awesome investment! Both units are identical, one bed and one bath with large rooms. Both units have access to rear patio, backyard, basement, and laundry. Driveway and two car garage can park many cars off-street. New roof in 2017 and 1st unit got new carpet and paint in 2017. One unit is vacant and the other has had the same tenant for over 5 years! All appliances stay. Certainly a must see.
Many homeowners in Park Hills feel they have chosen the loveliest, most convenient community in the metropolitan area. It has been anmed as a Best Place to Live by Cincinnati Magazine. Many parts of Park Hills are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The area was developed in the 1920s when three local families purchased land and began forming streets (many of which are named after famous historical figures as well as names from literature). The city was formally incorporated in 1927 with 500 residents. A former trolley system transported residents to downtown Covington, Cincinnati and other places in Kenton County. Trolley Park is named in honor of that transportation system and you can see one of the trolley stop shelters in this park.
