Presidents Park has 20 acres and provides a variety of youth activities and organized sports as well as tennis, volleyball and picnicking facilities. Freedom features volleyball and basketball courts, a playground, baseball and soccer fields, a picnic shelter as well as two memorials: one for 9/11 and a Veteran’s memorial. Just outside of city limits is the Doe Run Lake Park and Kenton County Public Park. Edgewood hosts several community events throughout the year include a Fourth of July parade and concerts, many outdoor park concerts, Shakespeare in the park, a Halloween event and a Luminary Night in December.
