About Highland Heights

The District of Highlands was incorporated in 1867 and Highland Heights was founded in 1927. Since the opening of Northern Kentucky University in 1971 as well as I-471, Highland Heights has seen a great deal of change, with new shopping areas and subdivisions and condominium communities. There are 6,900 residents.
