Arts and culture attractions, theatre, pro sports, and numerous colleges call this area home. You’re probably no more than 15 minutes away from any of the Five Rivers MetroParks with 20 facilities covering 11,000 acres for year-round recreation. Each of the nearby cities host annual events including Stagecoach Days, Heritage Festival, the internationally acclaimed Dayton Air Show, Ice Cream Festival, and Old Fashioned Days.
