Transportation

Two of America’s most traveled highways, I-75 and I-70 meet in Montgomery County, making it easy to get just about anywhere you want to go; Rt. 35 also crosses through the region. RTA provides bus service to Dayton and surrounding areas. Dayton’s RTA is one of only five cities in the U.S. with electric trolleys offering an environmentally responsible form of mass transit. The Greyhound Bus station services many nearby midwestern cities. Biking enthusiasts will love the Great Miami River Recreation Trail.

Recreation

You’re probably no more than 15 minutes away from any of the Five Rivers MetroParks with 20 facilities covering 11,000 acres for year-round recreation. Each of the nearby cities host annual events including Stagecoach Days, Heritage Festival, the internationally acclaimed Dayton Air Show, Ice Cream Festival, and Old Fashioned Days.
