Beavercreek is the largest city in Greene County. At 27 square miles with a population of nearly 40,000, it is one of Dayton's fastest growing suburbs.


Beavercreek is a spacious, rolling, wooded environment 10 minutes east of Dayton, with housing ranging from exclusive, custom-built homes to charming older neighborhoods. The Mall at Fairfield Commons contains five department stores and 130 franchise clothing, shoe and specialty stores. Local merchants provide general merchandise and services conveniently located for residents. The Greene, an upscale outdoor mall, is opening in June, 2006.


Outdoor enthusiasts in Beavercreek use the Creekside Trail for biking, jogging, and in-line skating. For golf enthusiasts, both the Country Club of the North and the Beavercreek Golf Club offer an 18-hole public course, one of golf star Fuzzy Zoeller's signature courses. 22 parks and recreational areas provide many activities. The Little Miami River provides canoeing, picnic and other water sports just minutes away.
