Bellbrook gained the reputation of "Ohio's Sleepy Hollow" for its reputation for ghosts and hauntings along the Little Sugar Creek that is said to be haunted by two former residents.

Summary

The Bellbrook and Sugarcreek area is one of the few cities in Ohio without a local income tax, good news to the nearly 8,000 residents. At 30 square miles, the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek area has experienced tremendous growth, making it one of the top five fastest growing areas in the state. Bellbrook's appeal is its old-fashioned country charm located only 20 minutes southwest of Dayton. Housing ranges from custom built single-family homes on large lots, to luxury apartment units centered on a historic village district called "the old village" area.

I-675 dissects the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek area, connecting with I-75 and I-70. RTA provides public transportation.
