Introduction

Beavercreek is the largest city in Greene County. At 27 square miles with a population of nearly 40,000, it is one of Dayton's fastest growing suburbs.

Beavercreek is a spacious, rolling, wooded environment 10 minutes east of Dayton, with housing ranging from exclusive, custom-built homes to charming older neighborhoods. Transportation

US 35 provides direct access to downtown Dayton. I-675 skirts the north and west edge of town.

Hospitals within a 10-mile radius include Children's Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. Greene Memorial Hospital in nearby Xenia is the county hospital.

Shopping

The Mall at Fairfield Commons contains five department stores and 130 franchise clothing, shoe and specialty stores. Local merchants provide general merchandise and services conveniently located for residents. The Greene, an upscale outdoor mall, is opening in June, 2006.
