Pierce Township is an area of contrasts from the lush residential sites at the Legendary Run development to the rural farmhouses standing surrounded by small farms. The building boom of the 1980s and suburban sprawl from neighboring Anderson Township helped change this township. New neighborhoods are springing up overnight because of the convenience to Cincinnati’s amenities with the delights of suburban living.
