Mercy Health - Fairfield Hospital is located just east of Morgan Township in Fairfield, and The Fort Hamilton Hospital is located to the northeast. McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital - TriHealth is located in Oxford. Cincinnati Children’s Fairfield is located on Mack Road.

Both Ross and Millville meet the daily needs of nearby residents with groceries and gas, but most residents head to Harrison or Fairfield for more expansive shopping. Northgate Mall is about a 10-minute drive. Fairfield offers Bridgewater Falls on Princeton Road with 30 retail stores and restaurants.

Forest Run Wildlife Preserve has 82 acres and offers picnic facilities, a playground and nature trails. Tanglewood Lake offers fishermen a chance to get out that rod and do a little angling. Gardening is a popular pastime with a farmers market just about anywhere you go on township roads. Bicycling enthusiasts often challenge themselves on the rolling hills of the township, so drivers beware! Stricker’s Grove located just outside Ross is a private amusement park only open to the public four days a year, but you should try to go at least once to see this historical gem. It has 16 midway rides, a games arcade, picnic areas and Butler County’s only wooden roller coasters are just a few features of this park. The Morgan Ross Athletic Association offers youth sports programs. For those interested in radio-controlled flying, the Ross Area Flyers club has a field on SR126 (Cincinnati Brookville Road.)
