Located in the Mill Creek valley on northern Cincinnati, the Village of Lincoln Heights was the first African American self-governing community north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Lincoln Heights Day is an annual tradition for the community with a festival and parade. The village also hosts an annual Memorial Day celebration. Children enjoy many sporting opportunities through the local school system.
