Landen’s location between US 22 & 3 and Columbia Road provides easy access to I-71. Although there is no public transportation available there is ride sharing in the area.
Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery is a 10-minute drive. UC Health West Chester Hospital is within a 15-minute drive. Children’s Hospital Outpatient Facility is within five minutes. The Warren County Care Center with 24-hour emergency service is located on Route 48 in Lebanon, 15 minutes north of Landen. Kings Auto Mall, Landen Square and The Shops at Harper’s Point serve all convenience needs. Deerfield Towne Center and the Shoppes of Deerfield are a short drive offering many national retail stores. Landen has 17 swimming pools, 16 tennis courts, six basketball courts and several play areas. The community has 180 acres of green space with fields and forests.

The beautiful Little Miami National Scenic River is adjacent to the area. Several private and public golf courses are nearby. Also within a short distance from Landen are Paramount’s Kings Island Amusement Park and The Golf and Tennis Center of Kings Island with the Seniors Golf Tournament and the ATP Master’s Series Tennis Tournament occurring annually. The Beach Waterpark is conveniently located within minutes of Landen. A professional golfers’ association T.P.C. course is located just minutes north of Landen an holds a yearly Seniors Tour Event.

Landen Deerfield Park is located in nearby Maineville and features play fields for team sports, trails, a playground, basketball and tennis courts, a fishing lake and amphitheater. There are many other local Warren County parks to enjoy.
