Landen's location between US 22 & 3 and Columbia Road provides easy access to I-71. Although there is no public transportation available there is RIDE-SHARING in the area.

Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery is a 10 minute drive. Children's Hospital Outpatient Facility is within 5 minutes. The Warren County Care Center with 24-hour emergency service is located on Route 48 in Lebanon, 15 minutes north of Landen. The Jewish Hospital Outpatient facility is a 20-minute drive.

Kings Auto Mall, Landen Square and The Shops at Harper's Point serve all convenience needs. Deerfield Towne Center and the Shoppes of Deerfield are a short drive offering many national retail stores.
