Transportation

Queen City Metro buses connect Roselawn with Downtown Cincinnati on a regular schedule about 25 minutes apart during the day, and more frequently at rush hours, with the trip to town taking 30 minutes. Access to I-75 is about a mile from Roselawn. The Ronald Reagan Highway, to the north, gives access to I-71 and I-275.

Hospitals

"Bethesda North Hospital" – a Level III Trauma Center – is a 15-minute drive away, with well-used emergency room facilities. "Jewish Hospital Kenwood" is also located within 15 minutes drive time and is located in Sycamore Township. This hospital features a state-of-the-art patient tower as well as a 24-hour emergency department. It also offers the region’s only adult Blood & Marrow Transplant Center.

Other Cincinnati area hospitals, such as The Christ Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, University Hospital and the Children’s Hospital Medical Center are located within a 25-minute drive.

Shopping

Roselawn has three small shopping centers: The Valley Shopping Center, Hillcrest Square and Summit Plaza. These are within walking distance for most residents. The post office and public library are conveniently located in the Valley Center. Kenwood Towne Center and Sycamore Plaza with over 200 national-brand stores including Nordstrom’s, Macy’s and Dillards, is a 10-15 minute drive.

Recreation

Roselawn Park has a nationally recognized baseball facility with batting cages, four ball fields that are maintained to MLB standards, grandstand seating for 450 people, press box, concessions and artificial turf for the infield. The park is also home to a 1000 Hands playground. Avon Fields, an 18-hole public golf course, is located 10 minutes away. Maketewah Country Club is a private club with an 18-hole course and is 5-minutes away. Losantiville Country Club is also private with 18 holes of golfing pleasure. Five minutes away is the Cincinnati Gardens, site of professional and collegiate sports and area-wide shows. The Mayerson Jewish Community Center is located in nearby Amberley Village and offers a state-of-the-art fitness center and welcomes all regardless of race, religion or ability.
