About New Lebanon


Long time residents still call the western section of town Johnsville after the historic Johnsville Post Office that once served the area.


New Lebanon is a small town 15 minutes due west of Dayton in Montgomery County, offering village residents a chance to move at a slower pace. Like other areas nearby, residential growth is continuing to meet the demands with new housing developments being planned. You can still find a charming house full of the character of days gone by, but it's more common to find modest single-family homes or new construction.


Rt. 35 is the main artery through town. I-70 and I-75 are minutes away.
