Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg serves the county's medical needs, and is in the midst of a $38 million construction project improving the hospital to meet growing population demands. The Community Mental Health Facility is downtown, and Mercy Franciscan Health Center with flight access to downtown Cincinnati trauma centers is in nearby Harrison, Ohio.
