What I liked most about Kim and Tim was the fact that they treated us like we were their only client. I could call them any time and they were there for us. Also, even though we were only looking for a house in the $100,000s they treated us like we were their biggest client. Kim and Tim are a great team to work with and I will use them again whenever I buy or sell a house.

Our experience with Kim and Tim in selling our home and in purchasing our new house has been truly exceptional. We chose to sell our house at a very difficult time in the real estate market and in a neighborhood that had many homes for sale and no buyers. Many homes in our neighborhood were for sale a long time before ours went on the market. Kim and Tim were undaunted by this challenge and projected nothing but confidence that they could get the job done.
Their advice on how to stage our home for sale gave us confidence that we were doing the best that we could do to sell it. They worked hard to find potential buyers for us and made sure our listing on the Sibcy Cline website was always up-to-date with the latest pictures and information. They gave us advice we needed to keep our price competitive and marketable. When the offer came, they helped us through the process and got us the highest price that could be had. All the houses that were for sale when we put ours on the market are still for sale and their prices have dropped dramatically. Kim and Tim SOLD ours!
When it came time to look for a new house with a month to find one, Kim and Tim showed us many houses. We were not low maintenance sellers and certainly not low maintenance buyers either. They gave us great advice and listened to what we wanted and needed in a new home. We went back and forth on location and budget, likes and dislikes but Kim and Tim stayed right there with us through it all. Their knowledge of real estate, as well as, home-building was an invaluable combination that few other agents could provide and was perfect for what we needed.

Connie and I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude toward Kim Mansfield our sales consultant. During the purchase of our home she was a true professional in every sense of the word. Kim Mansfield is the reason that we have a house today. We had been through so many open houses and tours of models that we had a "deck" of business cards from the dozens of salespeople we has encountered. When we first met Kim at her open house we were basically "window shopping" and being detained by a salesperson was the last thing we wanted to do. We tried our best to back out the door after we caught her attention, but thank goodness for her non-threatening persistence. We were impressed by Kim from the beginning because she made us feel at ease, never pressured. Her knowledge of home construction was very impressive as well and she explained all of the details in such a manner that we had a very good understanding of what was expected, as well as what we should expect.
